Are your items handmade? | すべて手作りですか？
Yes! Every item is carefully handmade with love and attention to detail using soft, cozy materials. Since every item is handmade, there may be slight differences in shape or pattern. That’s what makes each piece unique!
はい。一つひとつ丁寧に、やわらかな素材で手作りしています。すべて手作りのため、形や柄にわずかな個体差があります。それも魅力のひとつです。
About custom orders | オーダーメイドはできますか？
At the moment, I do not accept custom orders. All items are made in limited batches. However, you can always reach out to me with suggestions and I will consider it.

Returns and exchanges | 返品・交換はできますか？
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped. Please contact me within 5 days of delivery.
不良品または誤配送の場合のみ、到着後5日以内にご連絡ください。
When my item is shipped? | 発送はいつされますか？
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please be mindful that this may increase to 5-7 business days during busy seasons and launches.
ご注文から2～3営業日以内に発送いたします。繁忙期は5～7日かかることもあります。
How long does shipping take?| 配送にかかる日数は?
Domestic orders: 3-5 days after shipment.
International Orders: depending on the country, it can take up to 10 working days.
日本国内は発送後3～5日。海外は国によりますが最大10営業日ほどかかります。
About Domestic Shipping? | 国内配送について
All domestic orders are sent via Japan Post and come with a tracking number. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

About International Shipping | 海外配送について
I am currently shipping internationally. All International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees & import taxes involved with international shipping. BaraNova Handmade does not cover any import taxes to your country.
海外配送もしています。送料は地域によって異なり、チェックアウト時に計算されます。関税・輸入税はお客様のご負担となります。
Can I cancel my order? | 注文のキャンセルはできますか？
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you need to change or cancel, please contact me as soon as possible.
発送前であれば可能です。お早めにご連絡ください。発送後のキャンセルはできません。

Care for handmade items | お手入れ方法について
All BaraNova Handmade items are handmade - please keep this in mind when caring for your items.
Spot clean or gently hand wash with water. Do not bleach/ Do not iron/ Do not tumble dry.
Colors might fade overtime with continued use, sun exposure and general wear.
やさしく手洗いまたは部分洗いをおすすめします。漂白・アイロン・乾燥機は使用しないでください。日光や使用により色あせが生じることがあります。
